You may find yourself trying to just “push through” your feelings of anxiety, self-doubts, and worries. You may feel anxious about making mistakes at work or in relationships, feel like you can’t control your reaction to situations, or struggle to make decisions.

You may also find yourself avoiding certain situations or interactions to reduce feelings of anxiety or self-doubts. You want help, but it may be hard to open up to friends and family. What if they believe you “should” be able to handle it all yourself? Or perhaps you feel this is “just the way I am.” As a result, you may end up feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, exhausted, and on edge. The first step is for you to schedule your free consultation call. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy at this time.

2. Explore your feelings of anxiety

We’ll work together to identify how your anxiety is impacting you, how past events and patterns may be contributing to maintaining your anxiety, and how you want to feel in your daily life.

3. Increase awareness of your anxiety triggers

We’ll focus on building awareness of the triggers and thinking traps that contribute to your anxiety and self-doubts. You’ll also gain awareness of factors maintaining your anxiety so you can start learning strategies to counter your anxious beliefs.

4. Learn and use effective anxiety techniques

You’ll learn strategies to help you manage your anxiety and increase your ability to feel present, as well as use your strengths.

5. Working towards mastery

We’ll monitor and check in on your progress as you learn how to manage your anxiety. You’ll have a safe, supportive space to work through problems or questions as you gain mastery of your new skills.
